Full gut renovations, custom tile, walk-in showers, heated floors, custom vanities. Spokane’s older housing stock means surprises inside the walls — subfloor rot, out-of-plumb framing, plumbing that predates code. We’ve seen all of it. We know how to handle it without blowing up your budget.
Covered Decks & Outdoor Structures
Structurally engineered covered decks, porch roofs, tongue-and-groove ceilings, composite decking. Built for four seasons of Eastern Washington weather — proper footings, proper ledger connections, proper roofing. Not cosmetic work bolted to the side of your house.

If your basement isn’t finished because of what’s down there, that’s exactly where we start.
Windows
Structural window alterations and whole-house replacements. If your project requires new or relocated openings, or you’re ready to replace every window in the house — call us. Material options depend on the project.
Gas & Mechanical
Licensed gas work. Useful when your project needs a fireplace, outdoor heater, new appliance connection, or gas line extension. Most of our gas work is part of a larger project, not a standalone call.
